Hello, I’m Sandra — a wedding and elopement photographer based in Switzerland, working worldwide.
I photograph weddings because I’m interested in the stories behind them. Not the perfect image at any cost, but what happens in between the moments. Honest, unposed and with a strong sense for closeness and connection.
How I work
I work in a calm, observant and unobtrusive way. No staging, no pressure, no rigid timelines.
This creates space for genuine emotions — for quiet, intimate moments as well as for joyful, energetic celebrations. Whether it’s an intimate elopement or a multi-day destination wedding, my approach is always the same: to create images that feel timeless and true.
Photography & experience
Photography has been part of my life for many years.
I’ve always been drawn to light, colours and atmosphere.
I chose this path very consciously while living in Australia, where I studied analog photography. The darkroom became a place of calm and focus for me — slow, intentional and mindful. This way of working still shapes my photography today.
A few personal words
Travel has always been an important part of my life. I’ve lived in France and Australia and eventually found my home in Switzerland, close to Zurich — with views of the mountains, the lake and the next adventure.
I love good food, a glass of wine with friends, meaningful conversations, salty sea air and travelling. In my free time, I’m often on two wheels or in my vintage car, which sometimes even joins me at weddings.
What matters to me
I take on only a limited number of weddings each year. This allows me to give every story the attention it deserves and to accompany my couples with care, calmness and experience.
